When are cranberries harvested?
Most cranberry growers harvest in the month of October. That is why October is officially called “Cranberry Month.”

What are the health benefits of the cranberry?
Cranberries can play an important role in maintaining urinary tract infections and help prevent bacteria growing in the mouth. Cranberries also contain antioxidants which play a fundamental role in slowing the oxidation that leads to heart disease.

What do you use the cranberry topping for?
Our cranberry topping is unique and filled with large slices of cranberries. It can be used as a meat glaze, pie or pastry filling, or ice cream topping.

Can I customize my own gift basket?
Yes! We would be happy to work with you to create a unique basket for that special someone—show them you took the time to send the “berry” best!

My company is having a special event. Do you offer small individual gift items that we can put our logo on?
Yes, we offer many different types of packaging that you can customize for your company or event. We make the process easy. All you need to do is send us your logo or message and we’ll do the rest.

Do you offer discounts on larger orders?
We do. If you are placing a large order, we will work with you to meet your budget. Just ask our friendly customer service staff and they’ll be happy to help.

Will you ship individual gift items to multiple locations?
We sure will. Not only will we ship to multiple locations, we will also send individual cards in each package if you wish to include a special message.

Can we use your products for a fundraiser for our school?
We offer a full fundraiser program for schools and organizations looking to make some money for their cause. We will work with organizations of all sizes.

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. We have many specialty gift store locations throughout the United States that carry our cranberry products. We are always looking for quality, upscale stores who want to sell our gourmet cranberry products.

Are your products Kosher-certified?
Our plant and our cranberry products are Kosher-certified. However, our salsa and pepper crisps are not Kosher-certified at this point, since they are co-packed at a location that is not certified Kosher.

How much does it cost to ship to a hot climate?
Our chocolates have a low melting point, so occasionally we will need to ship our products in a cooler with an ice pack. Because of this, we need to add a little extra charge to our shipping. The cost is usually an extra $5.00 per ice pack and Styrofoam cooler.

Are any of your products gluten-free?
Yes! Most of our products are gluten-free with the exception of our pepper crisps and pancake mix.

Are your products All Natural or Organic?
Our sweetened dried cranberries are all natural. We also offer organic sweetened dried cranberries as well.

Where can we buy locally?
Whenever possible, we ask that you shop and support your local stores that may carry our products. To find a location, search our on-line retail locations page to find the nearest retail location. If there isn’t one close enough, you can call us directly or shop on-line.

How long does it take for an order to be shipped?
We make every effort to fulfill orders and ship them within 24 hours of receiving the order. However, during the holiday season we ask that you give us a couple of extra days to fulfill your order. We also ask that you give us enough notice for larger orders so that we can meet your delivery date.
