Visa and Master Card are accepted. Credit card payments must be made prior to shipping.
COD
No COD orders will be shipped.
insulated cases
A charge of $5.00 per case is applied for insulated cases between June 15 and September 15, when shipping to climates exceeding 70°, or when needed at the discretion of Urban's Shipping Department.
returns
All returns must have a "Return Authorization" before returns will be accepted. Urban Processing must be notified of all claims or requests for returns within 48 hours. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
shipping terms
We ship Monday through Thursday. We try not to ship on Friday due to having the product sit in trucks over the weekend. However, we will ship on Fridays upon special request from the customer. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours.
urban's shipping carriers
Speedee Delivery (Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota), FedEx Ground (all other states). UPS Ground is available upon request. Expedited services are also available.
service charge
Past due accounts will be assessed 1.5% interest per month, beginning the 31st day following the invoice date.
shipping charge
We will charge what the common carrier charges. Weight is based on case weight.

To guarantee availability, we recommend placing your corporate orders early.
